And they're off! John and Anelli Kelly and their children are currently en-route to Estonia. We have been following their story and praying for them as they prepare to go as our first Canadian Foursquare Missionaries to this region. Let's be the support they will need in every way: through our prayers, through encouragement, with our missions offerings, and by reaching out to them through card, letters, and emails during this life-changing transition. Go boldly John, Anelli, Aria, and Levi! We've got your back! #thekellydelegation #cfm #praysendgo

Greetings everyone, I am creating a word snapshot of our mandate with The Germany Foursquare Church located in Bühl, Germany as we bring a short-term team there from August 31-September 14.
The city of Bühl is part of the district of Rastatt in the southwestern state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It has a history reaching back to the twelfth century and was formerly an agricultural town, especially famous for its plums.
We will be serving the Foursquare Gospel Church there by partnering with Marcie and Brandon Brazee.
Brandon grew up in Seattle and Marcie is from Winnipeg, Manitoba. They met while serving as youth leaders at Eastside Foursquare Church in Bothell, WA. Brandon and Marcie have since served as church planters in Madison Wisconsin, before spending 10 years on staff back at Eastside Foursquare in various pastoral roles.
The Brazee’s are working in partnership with Foursquare’s Germany President, Jochen Geiselhart, serving at his church. While learning the language and culture, they are working with volunteer teams, small groups, refugees, and outreach ministries. Their goal is to plant a church sometime within the next couple of years in a larger city.
The main purpose of our time there is to support an outreach for the large festival that will take place, The Plum Festival. Its like Red River Exhibition, or Calgary Stampede. Its the biggest thing that happens in their town. The church is located in a prime location and the Mission Team Leaders in Bühl Church have been planning and praying about different ways to intersect and minister to people during this outreach opportunity.
The outreach will allow us to connect with unchurched, unreached festival goers. We will be in a parade and the theme in the float is "one people one God" and the idea is for every person to represent a people group or country.
We will include prayer walks, bag check, bathrooms etc., kids’s programs, praying with people and looking for every opportunity to share Christ. Think evangelism and outreach.
The second thing is to validate missions and the missionaries there through our support and to build relationships with them.
Third, it is Marcie's and my desire to build a relationship with the people in their church so that they can bring a mission team to our churches here.
I want us to be able to articulate God's Passion for The Foursquare Church in Germany, our love for missionaries, for Father’s Heart to reach the 27 unreached people groups there. I want us to be able to fundraise unabashedly and pray and believe with fervour that we will be filled with might and power to break the unseen demons and principalities that blind the eyes and ears of people.
He is faithful and He will accomplish everything including all our funds!
Love and Blessings
(Look for Part 2 on Saturday, Sep 1.)

Sending you much love from our family in Costa Rica. We are so grateful for your prayer support.
On Friday, we left for La Lucha as we had an evangelistic outreach on Saturday in a community called Tierra de milagros which literally means 'land of miracles'.
Some of our team did door to door evangelism in the afternoon and others were running a mini Vacation Bible School at the church for children of the community. My husband Jon brought the message for the evening service. Our team and the local church have been fasting and praying all week in preparation and for a mighty movement of the Holy Spirit, for the hearts of the community to be open and for safety as we traveled.
We also want to thank you for your prayers for the youth camp we were leading two weekends ago. There was an incredible outpouring of the Holy Spirit the entire weekend with young people rededicating their lives, many slain in the Spirit, release of tongues and others set free from issues with their identity. It was an incredible weekend and we are so grateful to the Lord for showing up in such a powerful way and for sending a great team to work with us. We are so grateful for your prayers!
With love from Lana, Jon and Gabriel
Foursquare Disaster Relief is onsite in Redding, CA with their team of chaplains to provide support and relief to those impacted by the devastating Carr fire. This first task force on the scene arrived and did a briefing before ministering at three shelter sites yesterday morning. While at one of the sites, they met with a group using therapy dogs to assist in providing comfort to those affected. Please be in prayer for the FDR team of chaplains as they serve this community.

"The most touching moment for me thus far was working with a four year old girl who sweetly told me, 'Our house burned down'. Then we swapped kindergarten jokes for a while. Her mom told us she had no family or friends. We don't know her story, but we will help carry her burden, as Christ gives us strength."
To continue to support Foursquare Disaster Relief as they minister go to our website below at https://www.foursquare.ca/missions.html. Click on "Support Missions" and write FDR in the "designated funds" comments.
