  • Humble, trusting, servants of God (couple preferred) needed to serve alongside and help develop a national church planting movement of over 100 pastors/churches. Needed: mentoring, coaching, pastoral care, and pursuit of practical sustainable models of ministry. 3 years minimum; $1,500-$3,000.

BARBADOS

ESTONIA

  • Pärnu, Estonia – The Foursquare Church in this seaside resort city on the Baltic sea is seeking for leaders to assist in the development of ministry and outreach to young families and children. The church has a thriving youth and young adult ministry/outreach, and wishes to develop the church’s multigenerational profile by effectively reaching the many young professionals and families in the community. Previous experience in ministry to children, young parents is requested or at minimum parents of young children with significant ministry leadership experience. This is NOT a paid position by the church and requires outside support in total of $4,000-$6,000 monthly depending on family size and needs. Language acquisition on the field will be a required aspect of deployment.
  • Pärnu, Estonia – Seeking a spiritually mature 21-35 yr. old (preferably a male, but will consider the right female) for the role of youth leader and worship Leader (if possible one person to fulfill both roles). The Youth leader would assist local church leadership in developing and implementing a comprehensive youth ministry including missional objectives, discipleship process, weekly groups and ministry outreaches. The worship leader would develop, with the pastoral staff, the weekly opportunities for musicians, develop a worship leader discipleship process for emerging leaders, design and implement music outreaches in community and lead the praise and worship at all church gatherings. This person needs to be a mature follower of Jesus and a mature adult. Can work in team effectively, can introduce new ministry concepts but yet work within the core values and philosophy of ministry of the local church. A youth leader should have past experience leading youth meetings, discipleship and teach effectively from the Word of God. The worship leader prospect should be a skilled musician (in a variety of instruments a plus), have led worship in larger than group settings, can lead and disciple a team of musicians, design a praise and worship service, be comfortable leading and playing to not-yet believers in outreach settings. Both of these roles would require learning the local language, but not prior to deployment.
