Russell is the national director of church planting for the Foursquare denomination and senior pastor of Faith Center in Eugene, Oregon and has held both roles since mid 2021.

He is co-host of the Same Jesus podcast with his friend, Dr. AJ Swoboda, providing resources and tools on relevant topics for pastors both within and outside the Foursquare movement. He is the author of the forthcoming book, "His Face like Mine" from InterVarsity Press (releasing June 2024)

Russell currently lives with his wife, Anna, and two sons, George and Simon, in Eugene, Oregon.

Wendy is a leader, learner and passionate gatherer of people. Her deep love for Jesus and commitment to serve His plans and build His Church is what drives her. In one word, Wendy is a pioneer, called by God to take the lead for the expansion of the Good News of Jesus Christ, to multiply disciples, leaders, and communities of faith.

She is a devoted wife to her husband Sal and mom to her three beautiful kids.
Apart from ministry and family, Wendy is a life enthusiast and dedicated foodie. 

Steve has a passion to see thriving ministries led by inspired pastors. He has been the President of Foursquare Canada since 2012, serving the mission of making disciples of Jesus in healthy churches.

Steve brings a variety of ministry experience to his role: church planter, missionary, pastor, unit supervisor, Bible institute director, Global Council member and national leader in two nations. His educational background includes a M.A. from ACTS Seminary. Steve’s conviction is that the best leaders are lifelong learners, having the humility to acknowledge that there’s always room to grow.

In Steve’s time off you might find him pushing for a new personal best on his road bike, off exploring with his wife Andy, or hanging out with family and friends.

Evan is the Lead Pastor at Northgate Church in Courtenay BC. He and his wife Kendal and three kids, Isabella, Hardy and Nola have lived in the Comox Valley for 9 years.  They love getting to serve Jesus and build His church together.  They also love camping, skiing, surfing, eating, and drinking coffee.  Evan was blessed with the opportunity to serve in a number of roles under several leaders before coming to Northgate.  His experience with them has given him a belief that the Church truly can make an impact in communities and share the hope, life and joy of Jesus with all people.  He plans on devoting his life to seeing the church thrive in all sorts of contexts.
