If you are visiting us for the first time, we assume you are here because you want to know what kind of church we are.

Simply put, we are a community of believers who share a common love for God, each other and the world we live in. In other words, we are all about relationships—with God and with people.

Since relationships must be experienced, we invite you to come visit us sometime so we can get to know each other in person.

On Sunday mornings

Maranatha Church gathers together as a community of believers to worship God. The atmosphere is relational and informal, which means you can “come-as-you-are” since we believe that the only condition for an encounter with God is a heart that is open to receive truth. A typical worship service consists of singing, hearing stories about what God has been doing in people’s lives, prayer, announcements about our “life together,” and relevant messages from the Bible. During the pastor’s message, the kids have their own time together. We also have a supervised nursery and a nursing mother’s room.

At the end of each service, we have a team of trained people available to pray for anyone who would like to receive prayer. For those not receiving prayer, we serve hot and cold drinks in our foyer where people have an opportunity to hang out together for a while. We also join together in the sacrament of communion the first Sunday of each month. Additionally, once a month we share a lunch together in our gym immediately after the worship service: hot soup is provided and people bring sandwiches and desserts to share.

Please come and visit us—you are always welcome!
