L.E.A.D. serves the Canadian Foursquare Church by enriching current leaders and developing emerging leaders through formal and informal educational opportunities. Our assignment is to make leadership training attainable, available, and affordable.

PLBC is a full-service campus featuring studies in theology, music, youth ministry, church ministry, pastoral leadership and professional counseling. PLBC also offers distance education programs for those interested in studying without relocating to the campus.
