During the hiring process or prior to one month before the employee’s date of eligibility:

  • Download the Enrollment Form (below)
  • Have employee fill it out, sign, & date it
    - Please Do NOT sign in the space provided for the Plan Administrator on the form
  • Photocopy for your records
  • Mail original application to the National Office 
  • Begin remitting contributions immediately to the FBP Administrator.
    - Please Note: submissions to pension plan are done on an as-received basis.  Only payments received at the national office by the employer will be contributed to the pension plan
