For some time, we have carried a vision close to our hearts: creating meaningful internship opportunities for young people who feel called to the mission field.
We have prayed, planned, and dreamed about ways to invest in the next generation of leaders who long to serve beyond their own borders.
What began as just a hope has now grown into a tangible reality. God has opened the right doors, stirred the hearts of willing servants, and aligned the timing in such a way that this vision is no longer just an idea—it is happening.
These internships are not only meeting a real need on the field but are also providing a powerful pathway for young people to grow, learn, and discover God’s purpose for their lives in missions. We have strong connections in many parts of the world with trusted leaders. We would love to help facilitate an internship experience and opportunity for you that fits your calling.
These two young women have answered God’s call to serve in Costa Rica. Both steped into internships that supported our missionaries, helped expand ministry opportunities there and shaped them as future leaders. We work closely with our interns to develop a plan, set-up mentorship and check-ins regularly. They each create a budget and raise their funds before they deploy. Each intern experienced extreme generosity through their Church family, friends and connections. They also were diligent to save funds to contribute to their living expenses while on the the field.

Alejandra grew in every area of ministry, was challenged and overcame obstacles while on the field.
Sophia has a passion for children’s ministry, hospitality, and building meaningful relationships. With leadership experience at YoungLife camp and two years of Bible college training, she was well-prepared for hands-on ministry. Her strengths included administration, hospitality, music, and serving others with joy. Sophia has a big heart for the broken and marginalized, and worked on her Spanish, practiced her love of cooking (Costa Rica style) and grew through this missions internship. Her character shone in areas of being willing and eager to step into many new things.
