For some time, we have carried a vision close to our hearts: creating meaningful internship opportunities for young people who feel called to the mission field.
We have prayed, planned, and dreamed about ways to invest in the next generation of leaders who long to serve beyond their own borders.
What began as just a hope has now grown into a tangible reality. God has opened the right doors, stirred the hearts of willing servants, and aligned the timing in such a way that this vision is no longer just an idea—it is happening.
These internships are not only meeting a real need on the field but are also providing a powerful pathway for young people to grow, learn, and discover God’s purpose for their lives in missions.
These two young women have answered God’s call to serve in Costa Rica, stepping into internships that will support our missionaries, help expand ministry opportunities there and shape them as future leaders.

Alejandra brings strong gifts in children’s ministry, communication, and hospitality. Actively involved in leadership with young adults, kids ministry, and missions mobilization, she has a heart for serving and connecting with people. With a degree in Police Foundations, she is also skilled in administration, social media, and translation (Spanish/English). Alejandra is eager to grow in every area of ministry, approaching each opportunity with dedication and a willingness to learn.
Sophia has a passion for children’s ministry, hospitality, and building meaningful relationships. With leadership experience at YoungLife camp and two years of Bible college training, she is well-prepared for hands-on ministry. Her strengths include administration, hospitality, music, and serving others with joy. Sophia has a big heart for the broken and marginalized, and she is eager to learn Spanish, practice her love of cooking (Costa Rica style) and grow through this missions internship.
